Article I – Name
The name of the corporation is:
WyoZona Sportsman’s Club
Article II – Duration
The period of duration is perpetual.
Article III – Purpose
This corporation is organized exclusively as a social and recreational club within the meaning of Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The primary purpose of the corporation is to:

Foster camaraderie and fellowship among its members through an annual golf retreat.

Organize recreational, social, and competitive golf events for members.

Promote the spirit of sportsmanship and tradition associated with the game of golf.
Article IV – Nonprofit Nature
This is a nonprofit corporation. No part of the net earnings of the organization shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the corporation shall be authorized to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth above.
Article V – Membership
Membership in the corporation shall be limited to individuals who are approved in accordance with the corporation’s bylaws and who share a common interest in the game of golf and the social activities of the club. The organization shall be supported primarily by membership dues, assessments, and other income derived from members.
